Mandy, with 34 years in construction, currently serves as Managing Director of Advanté, having held various leadership roles. She previously pioneered the Oasis welfare brand and now focuses on Advanté’s sustainable growth.
Industry influence
Mandy has been a member of the Homes Leadership and the School Operations Groups since 2019. She collaborated with Action Sustainability (the delivery team behind the Supply Chain Sustainability School) to part fund the procurement guide to addressing Modern Slavery and Labour Exploitation in Solar PV Supply Chains.
Mandy is also dedicated to fostering the next generation of industry leaders and igniting transformative initiatives, actively participating in SECBE prestigious Innovative Future Leadership Programme (IFLP). Mandy is also a judge for Constructing Excellence Awards and a Constructor of Worshipful Company of Constructors.
