Supporting the sector to deliver sustainable homes, increase efficiencies and reduce costs
Find out moreThe homes sector is changing to meet critical environmental and social challenges. With legislation, consumers and investors driving these changes, there will be implications for the whole value chain to deliver projects more sustainably.
The School’s Homes Group brings together the sustainability and procurement leads from the largest UK homebuilders, as well as suppliers and subcontractors to the industry, to drive forward sustainability through the upskilling of their own workforces and supply chains.
The group shapes training delivered and resources developed based on sector needs and high priority challenges, including reaching net zero carbon, reducing waste on site, responding to the Future Homes Standard, delivering Biodiversity Net Gain and working with new modern slavery legislation.
