The Supply Chain Sustainability School is operated by Action Sustainability Trading Limited. We take your privacy seriously and make six simple promises to you:

- We promise that when a School Partner identifies your organisation as one of their key or priority suppliers (defined as an organisation that has engaged in a business transaction with the Partner) and provides us with organisational data, we will keep this information secure. Your data will be shared with your client in a safe and secure manner.
- We promise that should you wish to update your details or unsubscribe from membership of the School, you may do so at any time.
Our privacy policy provides further details on how we use any personal information we collect when you become a member of the School. We refer to individuals who attend our training or access our online training resources as members. Membership is free of charge, and as a member, you are joining a unique collaboration of like-minded individuals and organisations, all working towards a more sustainable built environment.

Force24 Cookies & Tracking
Our organisation utilises Force24’s marketing automation platform.
Force24 cookies are first party cookies and are enabled at the point of cookie acceptance on this website. The cookies are named below:
- F24_autoID
- F24_personID
They allow us to understand our audience engagement thus allowing better optimisation of marketing activity.
f24_autoId – This is a temporary identifier on a local machine or phone browser that helps us track anonymous information to be later married up with f24_personid. If this is left anonymous it will be deleted after 6 months . Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.
f24_personId – This is an ID generated per individual contact in the Force24 system to be able to track behaviour and form submissions into the Force24 system from outside sources per user. This is used for personalisation and ability to segment decisions for further communications. Non-essential, first party, 10 years, persistent.
The information stored by Force24 cookies remains anonymous until:
- Our website is visited via clicking from an email or SMS message, sent via the Force24 platform and cookies are accepted on the website.
- A user of the website completes a form containing email address from either our website or our Force24 landing pages.

Device & browser type and open statistics

All links within emails and SMS messages sent from the Force24 platform contain a unique tracking reference, this reference help us identify who clicked an email for statistical purposes.
Sparkpost

Google Analytics
When someone visits the School website, we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Our relationship with funding stakeholders
We may share personal data with other organisations, particularly CITB, who use this for purposes connected with the Construction Industry Training Board’s (“CITB”) role as an Industrial Training Board in accordance with the Industrial Training Act 1982 including to analyse our School resource usage and plan funding, to understand the impact of the investment made in the Supply Chain Sustainability School.
Many of the resources in the School are presented in partnership with other companies such as with Action Sustainability, our delivery partner, CITB, CECA, LCI and other industry bodies. We will let them know about your resource usage and event attendance and share your name and contact details with them but they can’t contact you, unless you have agreed to do so with them.
