Digital

Helping you to understand and develop your digital strategy.

Using digital to transform the built environment

Working with our partners, we’ve developed an online diagnostic that allows you to assess your organisation’s digital maturity and a library of learning resources to enable you to better understand what is needed as you accelerate your organisation’s digital capability.

You will need to have an organisational School admin account in order to complete this.

Take the company assessment

Digital technology has the potential to transform the bulit environment – but only if the sector is equipped with the right skills and knowledge.

Modern technologies can raise productivity, increase efficiency, improve quality and safety, reduce our sustainability impacts and help attract people to the sector. Without widespread digital adoption, the built environment risks being marginalised and losing a generation of new talent to other sectors.

Our understanding of digitalisation is more than just Building Information Modelling (BIM), or new visualisation tools, or big data analysis. Rather, it is a combination of all digital technologies that, applied appropriately, will assist all built environment sector players, large and small.

We’ve also developed a personal training needs assessment that enables you to benchmark your individual digital skills and receive a tailored action plan of School resources that will help you improve. You can re-assess as often as you like and track your progress.
